JLL selected to lead the sales effort for exclusive opportunity in highly-active submarket
DALLAS, April 30, 2019 - With the amount of industrial activity in southern Dallas and available land for development there in short supply, The Allen Group has selected JLL to lead the marketing and sales efforts on a portion of the Dallas Logistics Hub, a master-planned logistics community in South Dallas.
JLL Managing Director Terry Darrow and Vice President Randy Touchstone have been selected to lead the sales effort on 21 separate parcels of land totaling 650 acres near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Interstate 45. Parcel sizes range from 5.7 acres up to 114.95 acres. All are immediately available for development.
In addition to their close proximity to Interstate 20 and Interstate 45, the land parcels are also located near Interstate 35, the future Loop 9, as well as the Lancaster Airport.

According to JLL Research, the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market is tracking vacancy rates near historic lows while continuing to deliver significant amounts of new product. As of Q1 2019, vacancy reached 7.3%, even as over 7.1 million square feet of new industrial space came online and another 29.3 million square feet currently under construction.
