Just for Girls

This class is designed especially for girls grade 6-7. The six week course will focus on exercise, movement, nutrition, stress relief, building self-esteem and creating healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Each girl will receive a journal to help her incorporate a home connection with the topics that will be covered in class. Girls will also have the option to receive their weight room certification during the course to ensure their success after the course ends.
