Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces met with the Chairman of the Committee of the Chiefs of Staff of the US Armed Forces

General of the Army Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, with General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Committee of the Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces, took place in Finland today.

The meeting took place on the territory of the residence of the Finnish government Köningstedt, which is located in the city of Vantaa, 40 kilometers north of the Finnish capital.

During the meeting, the military leaders discussed issues of mutual interest, including reducing the risk of incidents in the course of military activities.

The meeting was constructive.
