OSRAM UV-C LEDs Available at TTI
Fort Worth, Texas - October 28, 2021 - TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, is now stocking OSRAM's OSLON® SU CULBN1.VC family of Ultraviolet LEDs. These high-efficiency SMT LEDs are designed to meet the unique requirements of UV-C radiation for disinfection, purification and treatment applications and offer excellent reliability.
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors OSLON SU CULBN1.VC LEDs offer a flexible, compact, 275nm design that is part of the OSLON UV Series. The UV 3636 LEDs are designed for high performance in both the low- and mid-power range. The SU CULBN1.VC LEDs provide a radiant flux of 4.7mW and a 2.6 percent typical radiant efficiency. Additionally, the SU CULDN1.VC LEDs feature a radiant flux of 42mW and a 2.1 percent typical radiant efficiency. Both the SU CULBN1.VC and SU CULDN1.VC LEDs implement an AlGaN-based flip-chip technology in a robust package with a ceramic substrate, gold coating and quartz glass. These LEDs are well suited for UV-C purification, sterilization and treatment applications where germicidal efficiency is critical.
