Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Aleinik meets the delegation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam

On April 26, 2024 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, met with a delegation chaired by the Vice Chairperson of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Hoang Van.

The parties noted the traditionally friendly nature of the Belarusian-Vietnamese relations, including through interparty cooperation.

The sides discussed the issues of further development of political dialogue, trade and economic ties and cooperation in the humanitarian sphere. Special attention was paid to the implementation of bilateral agreements and the preparation of joint events planned for this year.

The sides exchanged views on topical issues of the regional and global agenda, bilateral cooperation and mutual support in international organisations.

Nguyen Thi Hoang Van congratulated the Belarusian side on the success of the 7th Belarusian People's Congress.
