Dechert Advises Douglass Winthrop Advisors in Securing Minority Investment From Kudu Investment Management
Dechert has advised Douglass Winthrop Advisors in securing a minority investment from Kudu Investment Management. The agreement was announced on September 15 and terms were not disclosed.
Douglass Winthrop Advisors is an SEC-registered investment advisor managing more than $4.8 billion in assets.
The Dechert team includes financial services partners Douglas Dick, Corey Rose and Michael Sherman; corporate partner Michael Darby, and associates Chris Polisano, Raymond Wilson and Shannon Footer; tax partner Ari Zak and associate Elizabeth Guidi; and labor counsel Ian Downes.
