Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 12.77 Acre RV Park
NORDLAND, WA, October 14, 2021 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Smitty's Island Retreat RV Park, a 12.77 acre RV Park located in Nordland, WA. According to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm's Portland and Seattle offices, the asset sold for $1,400,000.
Anja Jauregui and Tyson Cross, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Portland office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. They also secured the buyer, a repeat client who purchased this property as the upleg in their 1031 tax deferred exchange to expand their portfolio of RV sites in Washington.
Smitty's Island Retreat RV Park is located at 9142 Flagler Rd in Nordland, WA near Fort Flagler Historical State Park. The 30-space park operates with a wait list due to its ideal location on Marrowstone Island in the Puget Sound.
