The City of Tracy Development Services Department will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

D19-0025: Applicant and Property Owner is Taylor Morrison of CA, LLC - Assessor's Parcel Number 242-040-55- Public Hearing to consider a Development Review application for the architectural design and development plan for a 62-lot single-family residential subdivision, known as Sungold, located on approximately 12 acres in the vicinity of Mits Way, Buttercup Lane, Flora Way, Ivy Lane, and Sunflower Lane. This Project is consistent with the Residential Low designation and density requirements of the General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified on February 1, 2011. In accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required.
