MERGERS: AMO SR stopped the administrative proceedings in the matter of the merger of undertakings Tatra Billing, a.s., PMK Invest, s.r.o., COPY GENERAL INTERNATIONAL, LLC,[...]

On 10 June 2019 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, the Division of Concentrations, (hereafter 'the Office'), pursuant to the Article 32 Paragraph. 2 Letter b) of the Act on Protection of Competition (hereafter 'the Act'), stopped the administrative proceedings in the matter of the merger grounded in the acquisition of

  • the indirect joint control of the undertakings Tatra Billing, a. s., Bratislava and PMK Invest, s. r. o., Bratislava over the undertaking Cromwell, a. s., Bratislava and in the acquisition of
  • the joint control of the undertakings Tatra Billing, a. s., Bratislava, PMK Invest, s. r. o., Bratislava and COPY GENERAL INTERNATIONAL, LLC., the USA over the undertaking COPY GENERAL ONSITE SERVICES, s. r. o., the Czech Republic,
because the parties to the proceedings have withdrawn their application for the initiation of the administrative proceedings.

The administrative proceedings in the matter of the merger concerned was initiated on 15 November 2018. The merger concerned became the subject to the Office´s a more detailed analysis according to the Article 11 Paragraph 2 of the Act, since it had identified competition concerns. On 30 May 2019 all the parties to the proceedings withdrew their application for the initiation of the proceedings in the full extend.

The decision came into force on 10 June 2019.
