• Advised Terragon Holdings in a $5 million Series A investment from the TIDE Africa Fund. *
• Advised Verod Capital Management, a leading Nigerian private equity firm, in its acquisition of a minority stake in education provider Greensprings Educational Services. *
• Advised LeapFrog Investments Group, a profit-with-purpose investor in emerging markets, on its $180 million investment in Ghana's largest and first publicly listed insurer Enterprise Group. *
• Advised Synergy Private Equity Fund in its acquisition of Dimension Data Limited (Nigeria) and Dimension Data Limited (Ghana), the Nigerian and Ghanaian subsidiaries of Dimension Data. *
• Advised Value Added Network Solutions Limited on its merger with Interswitch Limited. *
• Advised Adlevo Capital on its Series C Investment in Rancard Solutions. *
• Advised One Credit Limited, a leading Nigerian consumer finance company focused on providing credit to unbanked salaried consumers, on the strategic investment by Net1 UEPS (a NASDAQ listed company) of a 25 percent interest in the Company. *
• Represented Leapfrog Investments, Ltd., a specialist investor in emerging markets financial services, in connection with the $25 million acquisition of a minority stake in AFB Mauritius Limited, a company that provides African consumers mobile phone access to insurance, savings and credit products. *
• Advised LeapFrog Investments, Ltd. in connection with its majority investment in Resolution Health East Africa Ltd., a Kenyan health insurance company. *
• Advised Leapfrog Investments, Ltd. in connection with the sale of its minority stake in Apollo Investments Limited, a Kenya-based insurance company, to Swiss Re Direct Investments, a leading wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer. *
• Represented Kunoch Holdings in the acquisition of Actis DB Holdings Limited from Actis LLP and the CDC Group plc. *
• Advised Helios Investment Partners LLP in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake in ARM Pension Managers Limited, Nigeria's largest independent pension fund manager with over $2.2 billion of pension assets under management, from Asset and Resource Management Company Limited. *
• Advised LeapFrog Investments, Ltd. on the disposal of its interests in Express Life Insurance Company Limited, a Ghanaian company, to Prudential Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Prudential PLC. *

• Advised Kobo 360 on its $30 million Series A Funding Round led by Goldman Sachs.*
