1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/03/01
2.Cause of occurrence:Pursuant to the clause 24.1 of
(Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control Law of
the People's Republic of China)、the clause 78.1 of
(Law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention
and control of environmental pollution by solid waste)
and the clause 45 of (Atmospheric Pollution Prevention
and Control Law of the People's Republic of China),Suzhou
Ecological Environment Bureau issued a penalty notice in
regards of the administrative sanction to the subsidiary
with penalty amount of CNY 446,000.
3.Handling procedure:The subsidiary has settled the penalty
in accordance with the administrative sanction pursuant to
the relevant regulations.
4.Anticipated possible loss or impact:CNY 446,000
5.Amount of insurance claims that might be obtained:NA
6.Improvement status and future countermeasures:The subsidiary
will improve and implement the relevant measures to meet the
requirement of Suzhou Ecological Environment Bureau.
