EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION on the expansion of the company's management and the establishment of a new Deputy CEO

CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors and the capital market participants that Zoltán Kőrösi will join the Company as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Banking Insurance Sales on December 1, 2021 in order to implement the previously announced Growth Strategy.

Zoltán Kőrösi started his professional career at ÁB-Aegon (later Aegon) in the field of sales, then continued in the banking sector from 2003, first at the Első Lakáshitel Takarékszövetkezet(First Housing Credit Savings Cooperative), then from 2008 at AXA Bank Zrt. Later he was the Sales Director and Managing Director of Agenta Consulting Kft. (from 2020 HUNBankbiztosítás Közvetítő Kft.).

The expansion of the Company's management and the change made in this way are part of the Company's strategic concept and thus an element of the change in the operating model adapted and optimized for the organization.
