ESSA Bank & Trust to Provide Student Loans in Partnership with PHEAA

Stroudsburg, PA (May 4, 2022) - ESSA Bank & Trust announced that it has partnered with the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) to provide access to higher education loans through the borrower-friendly PA Forward Student Loan Program.

The PA Forward Student Loan Program is a trusted suite of loans for undergraduate and graduate students as well as parent/guardian borrowers. Additionally, the partnership offers a PA Forward Refinance Loan that enables participating borrowers to combine all their federal and private loans into one convenient monthly payment.

Through the program, individuals can borrow up to the total cost of attendance at competitively low interest rates with a variety of upfront and repayment benefits.

PHEAA's earnings from the PA Forward Student Loan Program are used to support the agency's public service mission for Pennsylvania students and families.
