Marion County: Weekly Construction Update

The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Marion County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting. State Route 739

CONTINUING IMPACTS

State Route 739 Resurfacing - SR 739 between the Union County Line and Prospect Upper Sandusky Rd. will have various daily lane restrictions (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) starting Monday, April 15 for resurfacing.

U.S. Route 23

CONTINUING IMPACTS

U.S. 23 Intersection Safety Improvements - Starting Monday, April 15, access to U.S. 23 from Bethlehem Rd. will be permanently removed. Motorists can access Bethlehem Rd. on the east side of U.S. 23 from SR 98, and from the west side of U.S. 23 via SR 423.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed, and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
