Negative Declaration

Schoharie County - The Village of Cobleskill, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cobleskill Reservoir Source Water Conservation Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the stabilization of the banks of the Smith Brook and replace one undersized culvert that is causing road flooding and erosion. Address the ongoing erosion and water quality impacts to the Smith Reservoir, drinking water supply to the Village of Cobleskill. The project is located on Greenbush Hill Road above Cobleskill Reservoir in the Village of Cobleskill, New York.
