The company stood out in the Organization category with the case: "Inclusive Education: continuous learning to challenge and transform"
SLC Agrícola, one of the world's largest producers of grains and fibers, has always invested in the training and development of its collaborators. In recognition of these actions, the company was awarded the Top Ser Humano Award - 2020/21 edition, in the Organization category, held by the Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos [Brazilian Human Resources Organization] - Rio Grande do Sul region (ABRH-RS), which recognizes organizations that value human beings as a strategic competitive advantage for the growth of people and companies. The company was awarded for the "Inclusive Education: continuous learning to challenge and transform" case.
In the case, SLC Agrícola highlighted that the program is essential to offer knowledge to all professionals, including those working at the Units. With the initiative, they have been prepared to act on a daily basis and to overcome the challenges generated by digital agriculture. The article addresses the 11 initiatives to support the team's training, recognitions and indicators. Among them, the online training platform, with over 180 courses, Educação de Jovens Adultos [Young adult education] (EJA), which is carried out in digital inclusion spaces and has a high training course workload, above the market average.
