Pre-Announcement of Sale of Own Shares

The Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A in its meeting of May 27^th, 2021 decided the sale of 96,353 common registered shares acquired by the Company during the buyback program of own shares pursuant to the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly dated June 6^th, 2018. The said shares represent a percentage of 0.087% of the share capital of the Company. The minimum sale price was set at € 13.20 per share and the time period for the completion of the sale transactions was declared from May 31^st, 2021 till June 18^th, 2021 (included). The shares will be sold in the Athens Exchange market and the transactions will be effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

Furthermore, the Board of the Company in the same meeting mentioned above decided to suspend the current share buyback program approved by the Annual Ordinary General Assembly dated June 17^th, 2020 until the completion of the sale transactions of the 96,353 own shares.
