EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION on the approval of the appointment of another board member

(headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857 - hereinafter referred to as Company - herby informs the Esteemed Investors that in the proceedings initiated at the Company's request, the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) by its Decision No H-EN-II- 78/2022 dated 03 May 2022, authorised dr. István Fedák to become a member of the Board of Directors.
