Preschool Yoga Story Time

The City of Santa Maria Public Library invites caregivers with children ages 3 to 5 to participate in a relaxing morning of yoga and breathing exercises, accompanied by stories. Caregivers and children will be introduced to mindfulness and will learn skills to help regulate emotions. Space and supplies are limited.

Join Library staff for Preschool Yoga Story Time on Friday, May 27^th at 11:00 a.m. in the Youth Services Altrusa Theater, 421 South McClelland Street. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel.
