Trash pickups rescheduled in Haiku

Due to a personnel shortage, curbside trash collections have been rescheduled for pickup to Saturday, May 7, on a manual pickup route in Haiku, the County of Maui Department of Environmental Management announced. Trash was not collected today in the affected areas.

The affected areas in Haiku include Door of Faith Road, Manawai Place, Hahana Road, Mehana Road, Haumana Road, Nahele Road, Hea`aula Place, Oili Road, Hohani Place, Pilialoha Street, Honokala Road, Pokoa Place, Honopou Road, Puniawa Road, Hookili Road, Uaoa Way, Huelo Road, Ulalena Place, Kulike Road, Waipio Road, Leleaka Place, East Lelehuna Place, West Lelehuna Place, Lower Ulumalu Road and all surrounding streets and roads.
