Savills hires new lease administration director for EMEA occupier services team

Maxine, who joined on 1 August, will head the occupier services lease administration team and will be based between the firm's Leeds office and London headquarters.

Maxine joins from Colliers where, from 2019, she was Head of EMEA Lease Administration. Previously she was Lease Operations Lead for UK at CBRE. She has over 15 years' experience in real estate in property investment, business development, facilities management, interior design and client relationship management. Maxine has worked for multiple portfolios comprising mixed use developments.

At Savills, she will sit within the corporate account management team focusing on lease administration for new and existing clients across Savills occupier services EMEA platform.
