Journalist and TV presenter Ksenia Chilingarova discusses contemporary fashion on Digital Garden

The new star of the second season of the Digital Garden project from SberFirst and Visa is Ksenia Chilingarova, a journalist, TV presenter, and founder of the Arctic Explorer winter clothing brand and Badlon fashion magazine. She discusses why it is important to pamper yourself sometimes and allow yourself to make spontaneous purchases, what trends stand out in the modern fashion industry, and how to cultivate your taste and sense of style.

Chilingarova was inspired to found her winter clothing brand by her father, the famous polar explorer Artur Chilingarov. As she notes, clothes are "your passport, your ID," and fashion is "a language through which you can communicate with the world." The expert is certain that it is very important to observe a dress code when there is one and, when choosing clothes, to refer to stylists and follow the styling of the clothes on the mannequin. Chilingarova urges people to buy only high-quality clothing that is pleasant to touch and provides the necessary tactile sensations.

As usual, the new episode of Digital Garden is supplemented with a thematic selection of special offers for Visa Infinite cardholders by the episode guest. The episode with Ksenia Chilingarova features the best clothing brands and fashion boutiques that will help create a unique and modern look.

The second season of Digital Garden will have six episodes dedicated to new meanings of consumption in gastronomy, sports, fashion, art, and collecting. Project guests talk about how hobbies, habits, and purchases shape your personality, expand the boundaries of perception, and improve your quality of life. Innovative for Russia, this unique format paves the path to aesthetic consumption, when a person enjoys shopping and grows at the same time.

The first episode of Digital Garden's second season featured a conversation with Gennady Jozefavichus, a food journalist, haute cuisine expert, and traveler, who discussed Michelin stars, the aesthetics of fine dining, and explained why a big and diverse menu is not the best. In the second episode, we talked to Maxim Zhurilo, the founder of I Love Running school for runners, a marathon runner, and the first Russian national to swim across the Strait of Gibraltar. He talked about sports as a source of constant joy and inspiration to wake up looking forward to the day ahead. The third episode featured etiquette expert Tatyana Polyakova, who discussed the hospitality sector and how guests should behave.

Digital Garden premiered in July 2020. Its guests were Dmitry Golubev and Yuri Fomenko from MOX landscape architecture bureau, journalist Nikolay Uskov, interior designer Marina Gisich, restaurateur Ilya Tyutenkov, and chef Georgy Troyan. The platform presented video masterclasses in design, fashion, art, and cooking.
