Zalaris wins two lots in a tender from the State Office for Data and Information Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

The lots include support for the entire HCM system, and support services in accounting for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

Zalaris has won a tender from the state office for data and information (LDI) in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Zalaris will be responsible for the support and further development of the entire SAP HCM system as well as support services in finance and controlling for a minimum of two years.

Since winning a tender in 2012, Zalaris has been supporting the state-owned IT service provider LDI with consulting and support services in the SAP HCM environment. As part of the new tender, Zalaris won two lots, thanks to its specific know-how and more than 20 years of experience in the public sector. The framework agreement has a term of two years with two extension options of 12 months each.

The second Lot includes the support of the SAP HCM system operations in the areas of payroll accounting, administration, time management, travel expense accounting, separation allowance, pension determination, accounting and authorization management. In addition, Zalaris also supports various company projects such as the IPEMA® Zeit project for the state-wide roll-out of positive time management in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Zalaris was able to convince LDI when the sub-project/Lot 4 was awarded, and now supports them with services in FI/CO and RealEstate for SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP MM (Material Management) including ABAP development and workflow creation .
