 Swaziland

 Economic
 Empowerment
 Trust
 (SWEET)
 in
 terms 
of 
Section 
21
of 
Part 
III 
of 
the
Schedule 
of 
the 
Financial
 Institutions 
Act 
2005.


The
 Sakimo
 Group 
is 
a 
South 
African 
based
 independent 
consulting
 firm
 specializing 
in 
forensic 
accounting
 and
 fraud 
examination.

The 
Sakimo 
Group, 
working
 in
 conjunction 
with 
a
 dedicated 
internal 
team
 from 
the 
Central 
Bank 
has 
commenced 
proceedings
 that 
will
lead 
to 
the
 liquidation
 of 
SWEET 
in
line 
with 
the 
pertinent 
provisions 
of 
the 
Financial
 Institutions 
Act
 2005 
and 
other 
applicable
in solvency
 laws.

 Bank
 and
 Liquidators
