HOT TAKE: Bills Should SAY What They Actually DO!

In Washington D.C. there's a trick where members of Congress sometimes name a bill the exact opposite of what it does, like the irresponsible "Fiscal Responsibility Act." The "Protecting and Enhancing Public Access to Codes Act" actually LIMITS public access to codes! You should never have to RENT the law. You should be able to get the law for FREE all the time!
