AMF Group acquires stakes in seven companies

/KASE, June 23, 2022/ - AMF Group JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from June 20, 2022, it began to own a stake in the authorized capital of the following companies: 1) 100.0 % stake in Agrosmart Technologies LLP; 2) 74.5 % stake in Svetland-oil LLP; 3) 100.0 % stake in Zhanazholskaya GTES LLP ; 4) 100.0% stake in Halyk Grain LLP; 5) 64.0 % stake in Maier Group LLP; 6) 70.0 % stake in Batys NYK LLP; 7) 80.0 % stake in KazHemp Textile LLP.
