WARRANT ARREST REPORT

BAY ST
An officer observed a vehicle running and unattended in a no stopping zone on Massachusetts Ave and Bay St. While writing the citation, a person approached the officer and identified himself as the owner and operator of the car. The driver provided his license. When the officer checked the license number, it was discovered there was an arrest warrant issued out of Peabody District Court for Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle. Jackson Bueno, 33, 960 Salem Street in Malden, was placed under arrest. His vehicle was moved to a legal parking space by a friend who happened to be walking by as Bueno was being placed in the wagon.
