Sigachi Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company from July 01, 2022 till the expiry of forty Eight (48) hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2022.
