Congressman Cohen Announces Grant for Treatment Services for Pregnant and Postpartum Women

MEMPHIS - Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that Serenity Recovery Centers, Inc. will receive a grant of $524,993 for the Healthy LifeResidentialproject from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences. This project will provide treatment services for pregnant and postpartum women, including recovery support, harm reduction, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
