City of Dublin Seeking Members for Veterans Committee

(Dublin, Ohio) - The City of Dublin is inviting Dublin veterans from all branches of the military to continue serving their country by participating in the City's Veterans Committee.

Residents who served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces are encouraged to apply to the Veterans Committee, which works to give a voice to veterans in Dublin, advise Dublin City Council, provide input on the operations of the Grounds of Remembrance and coordinate ceremonial events to honor all who served our country.

Veterans Committee (two-year term)

  • Ensure those who served our country and reside within the City of Dublin have a platform to provide insight regarding the needs of the veteran community.
  • This group started in 2019 as a way to provide input to City Council and staff regarding suggestions to honor or otherwise support Dublin's veteran community.
  • See the committee's past work.
  • Seeking: New members to join the 10-member group

The deadline to submit an application is 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19. Apply here. Applications will be reviewed at the March 2022 meeting with appointments to follow.
