 Announcement of Company to donate NT$200 million
to Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation ROC to
assist procuring COVID-19 vaccines to Taiwan

2.Reason for the donation:Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation
 ROC has successfully ordered 5 million doses of BNT vaccines on July 21st
 2021. All vaccines purchased will be donated to the government authorities
 for use of prevention of the COVID-19. As part of our corporate social
 responsibility as well as a recognition of the charitable deeds by Buddhist
 Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation ROC ��Together for Goodness,
 Work Together to Prevent Covid-19��, company will donate NT$200 million to
 the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation ROC to fund the vaccines
 purchases, with the hope that the vaccination rate of Taiwan can be
 increased in order to help all residents to resume a healthy lifestyle as
 well as the economic situation to return to the pre-pandemic level as soon
 as possible.
