Shearman & Sterling Enhances Asia Offering with Partner Promotion

Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the election of Richard Porter as a Mergers & Acquisitions partner. Richard will relocate from London to Singapore.

Richard has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity issues and restructurings. Richard's promotion follows the appointment of David Clinch as a Project Development & Finance partner in Singapore.
