On October 22, 2021, Kia Motesharei, the Chief Business and Strategy Officer of NeuBase Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his intent to resign from the Company, effective November 5, 2021. Dr. Motesharei's resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's policies or procedures.
