Kyle Gee Elected as a Fellow in American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Counsel Kyle Gee has been elected as a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ATEC). Gee focuses his practice on counseling multi-generational families, business owners, fiduciaries, entities, family offices and beneficiaries.

To qualify for membership as an ATEC Fellow, a lawyer must have no fewer than 10 years' experience in trust and estate law, as fiduciary counsel with a fiduciary services company, or a combination thereof, or be a full-time teacher of law at an accredited law school with a specialty of teaching trust and estate law and have at least 10 years' cumulative experience as a lawyer in active private trust and estate law practice or as a teacher of trust and estate law, or a combination thereof.
