Asim Grabowski-Shaikh Comments on Potential for Increased SPAC Scrutiny Under New SEC Chairman

'That seems to be a natural landing spot for the commission's focus,' said Grabowski-Shaikh. 'I wouldn't be surprised if we see enhanced scrutiny there.'
