Construction of the Main Building Has Begun at the TATNEFT Tyre Manufacturing Factory in Kazakhstan

The installation of the first concrete column at the construction site in Saran marked a new phase in the construction.

The construction of the foundation and pile driving is continued in parallel with the construction of the hull to ensure the fast pace of construction works and adherence to the work schedule.

We would like to remind you that a new factory for the production of tyres KamaTyresKZ is a joint project of TATNEFT and the Allur Group of Companies. The plans provide for the production of 3 million passenger and light truck tyres and 500 thousand commercial vehicle tyres per year at the enterprise in Saran city of Karaganda region. Automobile tyres will be sent to the primary assembly of cars and trucks manufactured in Kazakhstan, to the secondary market, as well as for export to neighboring countries.

The turnkey project is being implemented by the TATNEFT Construction Projects Department. The experience gained by the URPS professionals in the implementation of large-scale industrial projects makes it possible to create the most complex production facilities "from ground zero": from engineering design to commissioning of the facility with the supply of equipment.

The launch of the factory is scheduled for the end of 2022, and it will allow creating over a thousand jobs. The installation of the first concrete column at the construction site in Saran has marked a new construction phase.
