DPM Ibrahimović visits motorway construction site

Deputy Prime Minister for Regional Development Ervin Ibrahimović pointed out that there are few projects that will affect the development of the Montenegrin economy such as the construction of the Bar-Boljare motorway. This is certainly the largest infrastructure project that will strongly influence the overall development of Montenegrin society.

I expect full commitment from all participants in the project in order to create preconditions for its commercial use in the summer period, while the emphasis during my term of office will be on creating preconditions for continuing the construction of the next sections. This is a sure path to the Western value system and a path to a better standard of living for all Montenegrin citizens, said the Deputy Prime Minister.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that the implementation of such a project creates new opportunities and new jobs, thus improving the quality of life of the residents in the northern region.

Regardless of the political developments in the country, regardless of the geopolitical changes at the global level, we must continue where we left off, even more committed and determined than before, Ibrahimović emphasised.
