Draft resolution: Allocation of the 2021 net profit of BGN 21,318,517.69 to the retained profit of the company
- Election of a law firm for legal services of the company
- Authorisation of the persons in charge of the management and representation of the company to effect a transaction under Art. 114 (1) of the POSA laid down in details in the enclosed justification report on its expedience and terms
- In the absence of a quorum, the GMS will be held on 03 August 2022 at 3:00 pm, at the same place and under the same agenda.
The voting right will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register fourteen (14) days before the GMS, i.e. by 30 June 2022 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holders will be entitled to exercise their voting right at the GMS, will be 28 June 2022 (Ex Date: 29 June 2022).
