Nafusa Oil Operations Company announces a pre-qualification for the above tender to evaluate specialized companies licensed to practice (travel and tourism services). Companies specialized in this field that have established themselves and have competence, ability, technical and financial capabilities to implement this tender and wish to participate in applying for pre-qualification according to the following conditions: -

• Submit the company profile contains a request to express the desire to participate in the bid, to the tender committee on the email.

• Contract of association

• Company Policy

• A recent extract from the commercial registry.

• Valid license for a period of no less than six months from the date of the announcement.

• Proof & valid registration in the chamber of commerce.

• A valid tax payment certificate.

• Providing the financial status of the company for the last three years approved by financial consultative.

• Providing a certificate of previous experience in implementing the required field of work (travel and tourism services) and similar works that have been implemented in addition to any documents that can enhance the company's position.

• Providing a statement entitled the company's main title, branches, phone numbers, e-mail and company sites on the International Network.

Important Notes:-

• Tender Committee (TC) will deal only with the officially authorized personnel by the companies who participate in pre-qualification.

• Any shortage of the required information will result in the exclusion of the company and Nafusa Oil Operations Company reserves the

right to choose any of the services companies that pass the pre-qualification phase successfully and provide a competitive offer in agreement with the quantity & type of services required and at the best conditions and prices.

• The aforementioned documents shall be submitted in a closed red wax envelope to the Secretary of the Tender Committee Mr. Ahmed Milad, at Nafusa Oil Operations, Company at its headquarters in the complex of the Dat-Elemad, tower three (3), floor (13).

• This pre-qualification invitation is not an invitation to bid. The company is not obligated in any way to issue this bid or to invite or include any of the participants in the pre-qualification in the final list of companies that will be invited to Bid.

• The invitation to participate in the bid and deliver the ITB documents, SOW and general conditions will be later only to the qualified companies according to the pre-qualification results. In this case, an amount of 500 dinars must be paid to Nafusa Oil Operations Company in the form of a certified check by one of the commercial banks operating in Libya in return for the price of the tender documents. The check is non-refundable except in the case of canceling the tender before the date set for opening the offers.

• The deadline for submitting documents is on Thursday 1 /9/2022, at 12:00.

Any file that does not meet all the conditions and required documents mentioned above will be excluded.
