No eu’vend & coffeena in 2022

Koelnmesse and BDV have decided not to hold euvend & coffeena this year and therefore the trade fair that was scheduled for 27-29 October 2022 has been cancelled.

According to the BDV, the decisive factors were, in particular, the massive upheavals in the economy caused by the Corona pandemic - and thus also in the vending industry - high inflation, uncertainty about the further effects of the Ukraine war, as well as general uncertainty caused by the pandemic and possible new restrictions in the autumn. Many companies are currently finding it difficult to decide to participate in an internationally-oriented and generously designed vending fair in Germany. The combination with the largest office and working environment trade fair (Orgatec) was and is still viewed critically, as the office world in particular continues to work with reduced staff numbers.

The EVA had initially planned to organise its General Assembly Meeting during euvend & coffeena and it will now combine it with a joint industry event with the BDV - more details will follow shortly.
