Paul Prendivillie Coming Home for Hull&Proud Finale!

Club legend and Hull FC Hall of Fame member Paul Prendiville is heading back to Hull for our Hull&Proud finale events!

The Black & Whites take on London Broncos in our 'BIG Night Out' fixture tomorrow evening, and as Guest of Honour at the match, Prendiville will deliver the match ball in our legends match ball walk-out.

The Welshman, who was a fans-favourite back in the 1980s for the club, will then be in attendance at our hotly-anticipated Party On The Pier event outside the Minerva Pub on Friday evening, where supporters will come together with current and former players to celebrate another memorable Hull&Proud Week with live music, food and entertainment!

'Taffy', a former Wales and Great Britain international made 215 appearances for the club after making his debut in 1978. A member of the Invincibles squad after making his debut in 1978, his drive and enthusiasm made him a Boulevard crowd favourite.

A key cog of Hull FC's success in the 1980s, he played in all the club's major finals in the 1980s, and claimed winners medals in the, Challenge Cup, John Player Trophy and Yorkshire Cup in 1982, as well as the Rugby League Championship in 1982-83, a season in which he made 41 appearances and scored 16 tries and 30 goals towards the effort.

Prendiville will just be one of a number of former players in attendance at the Party On The Pier, including fellow Hall of Fame members Keith Boxall and Chris Davidson!

Details on some special musical guests are set to be announced very soon, so keep an eye on the club's official social media channels for details!

The club will also be raising money in support of former player Jansin Turgut following his accident earlier this year.

Fans can enjoy both food and drink thanks to our Hull&Proud Week partners Minerva, with their popular Gin Caravan in attendance, as well as the Patty Shack and an ice cream van, with free entry for everybody, with the event getting underway at 7pm.

Hull FC would like to formally invite ALL players that have ever pulled on a Black & White jersey for the club to our 'Party On The Pier'. Whether you've played 1 game, or 500 games, come and celebrate Hull&Proud Week with us!
