On December 7th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Brandon Tate, 22, of Dunkirk, for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
The Troopers pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation on West Lake Road in Busti. During the traffic stop, Tate, a passenger, was found to be in possession of 7.5 grams of cocaine, an MDMA tablet, four vape cartridges containing THC, 5.1 grams of concentrated cannabis, 6.9 grams of MDA, 4.5 grams of MDMA, a digital scale containing drug residue and several glassine baggies. Tate was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
