DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Tracy Development Services Department will hold a Public Hearing on November 14, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following development application:

D18-0013: Wireless Communication Facility at Ritter Family Ball Park - The applicant is Jeff Lienert for T-Mobile and the owner is the City of Tracy - Located at 2300 N. Tracy Boulevard (APN 233-020-01) - Public hearing to consider a development review permit to allow the replacement of an existing ball park light pole with a new pole which contains lights for the field and telecommunication antennas and related site improvements located at Ritter Family Ball Park (formerly Tracy Ball Park). The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Guidelines Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
