The registrant requires additional time to complete the identified report due to the impact of a mandated quarantine period and unavailability of a key member of the registrant's financial team due to such person testing positive for COVID-19.

For the reasons stated above, the registrant is unable at this time to provide an estimate with respect to its results of operations for the quarter but it currently expects that both revenues and net loss will be higher than the corresponding quarter in the prior year and revenues will be higher and the net loss lower than the corresponding six month period in the prior year.
