14 December 2021: Norsk Titanium AS today held a virtual Extraordinary General
Meeting at 15:30 CET. All proposed agenda items were adopted in accordance with
the Board of Directors' proposal to implement a Long Term Incentive (LTI)
program, with reference to the notice published on December 7, 2021.
