New Regional Rail Schedules on Select Lines Go Into Effect On March 11

SEPTA is reminding customers that new Regional Rail schedules go into effect on Sunday, March 11, 2018 on the Lansdale/Doylestown, Media/Elwyn, Paoli/Thorndale and West Trenton Regional Rail Lines. This schedule change includes adjustments to train departure times to accommodate rail and tie replacement projects. Saturday and Sunday service will not change as part of the March 11th schedule change.

On most Regional Rail Lines, there will be adjustments to Weekday Train run times, which will mean some Trains will depart earlier or later than currently scheduled. Customers should refer to the March 2018 Regional Rail Schedule Change page on SEPTA's website - http://www.septa.org/schedules/upcoming-march.html - for schedule information, details about specific changes to their Lines and to download the new timetables. All other Regional Rail lines will operate on the current schedule (customers should still refer to the timetable with the January 14, 2018 effective date).

Because of the close timing of the schedule changes published on January 14, 2018, and as part of our on-going efforts to streamline resource use and to help promote the many other ways you can get schedule information, SEPTA is not printing paper timetables for the March 11th Regional Rail schedule change.

Large format versions of the schedules will be posted at each station, and SEPTA is encouraging customers to also utilize the various online and mobile options available to obtain schedules and service updates, including: printing .pdf versions of the schedule from http://www.septa.org/, via each Regional Rail Line's specific Twitter account - http://www.septa.org/alert/twitter.html, TrainView and System Status on SEPTA.org, or via the Official SEPTA App for iPhone and Android - http://www.septa.org/service/new-app.html - which is available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Current users of the App are reminded to update their app on Sunday, March 11.

The most significant changes will be on the Lansdale/Doylestown Line.
