Ex-ante publicity and the invitation to express the interest

The Delegation of the European Union to Georgia is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure for the provision of the following services: organising training, a translation and a conference to help build societal resilience toward external and internal disinformation through:

1. Conducting series of information and media literacy trainings using already existing modules that will be updated and customized for a target group of adults (55+), to be reached through local multipliers;
2. Translating a recent non-fiction or fiction publication, or series of materials, on the topic(s) related to building a whole-of-society approach to countering disinformation, for inclusion in the media literacy toolkit and distribution among key multipliers;
3. Organizing a conference with a dual focus on media literacy and journalism ethics, for the purpose of sharing experience, exchanging best practices, and enhancing inter-sectoral coordination among various local non-state and state actors.
