APD Celebrates National Night Out 2022

ALEXANDRIA, VA.- The Alexandria Police Department is inviting community members, families, residents, and stakeholders to celebrate National Night Out (NNO) with us on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

NNO is an annual event held on the first Tuesday in August, to promote community-police partnership. The evening allows for Police and neighborhoods to come together under positive circumstances. NNO is a great opportunity to celebrate in your neighborhood. Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and more.

Events are hosted by neighbors, community organizations, groups, churches, and/or businesses. If you want to host a NNO event please register for free here(https://www.research.net/r/APDNNO2022), which provides APD, Alexandria City leadership, and other representatives an opportunity to attend the various events throughout the city.

Please register your event by July 22, 2022.
