Meeting to be Held at City Hall
July 07, 2021
The Tallahassee City Commission and Leon County Commission will hold a joint workshop on Homelessness, Affordable Housing, and the Residential Real Estate and Construction Market Tuesday, July 13, at 9 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers, second floor, City Hall, 300 S. Adams Street.
The meeting agenda is available at Talgov.com/Agenda.
The intent of this workshop is to allow both Commissions to receive a comprehensive report, in coordination with the Big Bend Continuum of Care, on the current state of homelessness in Tallahassee-Leon County. Additionally, an update on the redevelopment of the Tallahassee Housing Authority's Orange Avenue Apartments will be provided, as well as a report on the current residential housing market.
There are three options for sharing public comment.
More details about each option are available at Talgov.com/CitizenInput. Anyone needing assistance with submitting comments should contact the City Treasurer-Clerk's Office via email at [email protected] or by calling 850-891-8130.
The workshop will stream live on the City's government-access television channel, WCOT (Comcast and CenturyLink channel 13), as well as online at Talgov.com, Facebook.com/CityofTLH, Twitter.com/CityofTLH and YouTube.com/CityofTLH.
