Pursuant to Jing-Kuan-Cheng-Shen-Tzu-Di No.10803038431, by the Financial
Supervisory Commission, the Company hereby announces the improvement plan
of loan to others.
6.Countermeasures:
@On September 18, 2019, the CPT board of directors resolved to apply with
the court for pronouncement of bankruptcy in accordance with Article 211 of
the Company Act.
Tatung Co. received the payment order confirmation certificate on
February 13, 2020. Tatung Co. will closely track the assets disposal and
bankruptcy progress, and timely pursue of recovery from CPT.
